Where is Al Bahiya based?

In Escondido, California. Our studio and shipping address is 3085 Wohlford Dr, Escondido, CA 92027. We are open Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PST.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we ship within the 50 U.S. states only. International shipping (Canada first) is planned for late 2026. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified.

How long does shipping take?

We ship Monday–Friday via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75.

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Are your products natural?

All bakhoor and attar products use only natural ingredients (agarwood, resins, essential oils, plant binders). Our candles use U.S.-grown soy wax with a touch of beeswax. We do not use phthalates, parabens or synthetic dyes.

Are your products safe for pets?

Burning any incense or candle releases smoke and trace particulates. We recommend ventilating the room and not burning around birds, which are particularly sensitive.

Are your products safe for asthma or sensitive lungs?

Burning any incense produces smoke. We recommend ventilating the room and consulting a physician if you have respiratory conditions. Reed diffusers are an alternative — no combustion.

Where does your oud come from?

Our agarwood is sourced from one farm in Assam (India) and one wild-harvest project in Cambodia. Both are CITES-certified. We can provide paperwork on request.

Is your bakhoor halal?

Yes. None of our products contain alcohol or animal-derived ingredients (with the exception of beeswax in our candle blend).

Do you offer wholesale or hotel programs?

Yes — for boutique hotels, spas and small retailers. Minimum order is 24 units. Email ceo@albahiya-me.com for our wholesale deck.

Can I visit the studio?

By appointment only. Please email or call at least 48 hours in advance.

Do you offer custom blends?

For wholesale clients ordering 200+ units, yes. Personal custom orders start at 50 units. Lead time is 6–8 weeks.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online checkout is launching Q2 2026. Until then, we invoice by email and accept Stripe (cards), bank transfer and PayPal.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. We sell online and through a small number of stockists in California, Arizona and Texas.
