We want you to love what you receive. If you do not, here is how returns and refunds work.
You may return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Email ceo@albahiya-me.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with all seals intact. Opened candles, diffusers and bakhoor cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund (including shipping).
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 days to post the credit.
We do not process exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Gift cards and custom blends are non-returnable.
