2. What information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate a wholesale business and respond to inquiries.

• Information you provide directly: business name, contact name, email, phone, billing address, shipping address, resale certificate number, estimated order volume, and any message you send us.
• Order and payment information for accepted wholesale accounts, including invoice history and outstanding balance.
• Strictly necessary cookies and basic server logs (IP address, browser type, page accessed) for site security and operation.
• We do not load analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies unless you accept them via our cookie banner.

3. How we use it

To respond to wholesale inquiries, process and ship orders, issue and collect invoices, comply with US tax and trade law, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not use buyer information for advertising and we do not build behavioral profiles.

4. How we share it

With shipping carriers (UPS, DHL) to fulfill orders. With payment processors and our bank to process transactions. With our accountants and legal counsel as needed. With government authorities when legally required. We do not sell or rent buyer information to any third party.

5. Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations on invoices and shipping records), or opt out of further communication. 6. Retention

Wholesale account records and invoices are retained for seven years as required by US tax law. Inquiry emails that do not result in an account are deleted after 24 months.

7. Security

We protect personal information with industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted backups, role-restricted access to our accounting system, and physical security at our Las Vegas warehouse.

8. Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and post the new effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active wholesale accounts by email.
