We launched our private-label program in 2024 after years of being asked for it. It is built for boutique perfumeries who want a small, honest house line, and for hospitality groups who need a defensible scent program.
The process
Sample. Approve. Pour. Ship.
1 · Discovery call
Thirty minutes on what your customer is buying today and where the gap is. We will tell you honestly if private label is the wrong answer for you.
2 · Brief & samples
We send three sample blends within two weeks, based on the brief. Sampling fee credits to your first order.
3 · Approval & label design
You approve a blend; we work with your designer (or ours) on label and box artwork. Two rounds of revision included.
4 · Production
Pouring runs in batches of 250 units minimum. Standard lead time is 10–14 weeks from artwork approval.
5 · QA & ship
Every batch is QA-sampled. Stock ships from Las Vegas — you can hold inventory with us or take delivery.
6 · Reorder
Subsequent runs in the same SKU drop to a 6-week lead time and a 200-unit minimum.
What we do not do
Three honest limits.
- · We do not formulate alcohol-based eau de parfum. We make oil-based perfumes, attars and bakhoor only.
- · We do not run below 250 units per batch. The economics don't work for either of us.
- · We do not sell our private-label work to your competitors. Once a blend is yours, the formula is locked.
