How to apply
A short form, then a phone call.
- 1. Fill the wholesale form on the contact page. Include business name, resale certificate number and the categories you carry.
- 2. We call you within one business day to understand your shop. This is a 15-minute conversation, not a sales pitch.
- 3. PDF line-sheet arrives by email with case-pack pricing and current availability.
- 4. Place your first order. Most buyers spend their first $250 on a sampler kit — three oud grades, two attars, a bakhoor variety pack.
- 5. Reorder. By order three you are typically on net-30 terms.

Things every buyer asks.
Who can open an account?
US-based brick-and-mortar retailers, e-commerce shops with a verifiable storefront, hotels, spas, event houses, religious-goods retailers and licensed cosmetic resellers. We do not sell to direct consumers.
Do you require a resale certificate?
Yes, before we can ship sales-tax-free. We accept any US state-issued resale or exemption certificate.
What about international orders?
We currently ship to Canada and Mexico via courier on a prepaid basis. EU, UK and GCC orders are case-by-case — write to Gonzalo directly.
Returns?
Defective or damaged stock is replaced or credited at our cost. Buyer's remorse is not — these are graded natural goods, and pricing reflects that.
Payment methods?
ACH, wire, all major credit cards (3% surcharge on amounts over $1,000), and net-30 invoicing for approved accounts.
