• · Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific ship same day (Monday–Thursday).
• · Free freight on orders over $1,500. Flat $14 on orders under that.
• · Expedited (UPS 2-Day, Next-Day Air) available at cost.
• · LTL pallet shipping for orders over 350 lbs — quoted per lane.

• · Canada & Mexico: DHL or UPS Worldwide, prepaid. Buyer of record handles customs.
• · EU and UK: case-by-case, written quote required. Plant material restrictions apply.
• · GCC: yes, with documentation. Write to Gonzalo directly.

We pack carefully. Damage still happens. Photograph the package, the inner carton and the damaged unit, email within 5 business days of delivery, and we replace at our cost on the next outbound. We do not require returns of damaged glass — it is not worth anybody's time.
