Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026.

These Terms govern your use of albahiya-me.com and any purchase of wholesale goods from Al Bahiya Trading Co. ("the Company"), a Nevada business with offices at 3300 San Juan Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89108. By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Wholesale only

All sales are made to verified business buyers (US retailers, hotels, spas, event houses and licensed cosmetic resellers). The Company reserves the right to verify buyer status and decline to ship.

2. Orders & pricing

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Stock is sold subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to allocate limited lots among accounts.

3. Payment

Approved accounts may operate on net-30 terms. Otherwise, payment is due before shipment via ACH, wire, or credit card. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Nevada law, whichever is lower.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on tender to the carrier (FOB Las Vegas). Damage claims are described in our Shipping page and limited to replacement or credit at the Company's option.

5. Returns

All sales are final. Defective or damaged stock is replaced or credited at no cost. Buyer's remorse is not grounds for return on natural graded goods.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, product names, photography and copy on this site are the Company's property or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Goods are sold "as is" except for the express warranty that they conform to the agreed grade and quantity. No implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is given.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods. The Company is not liable for consequential, incidental or punitive damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
